Tuition 2024-2025

Tuition is due on or before the first of the month. You may pay via cash, check, online bill pay or credit card. Check or online bill pay is KSPC’s preferred method of payment.

1. Cash or check – Place payments in the marked tuition box located inside the first door on the left as you enter the building (Director’s office). Checks should be made payable to KSPC. Please indicate on the check or envelope your child’s name, class, and the month that the payment is for. This will allow the bookkeeper to maintain accurate records.
2. Online bill pay – Add Kennett Square Preschool Cooperative – P.O. Box 93, Kennett Square, PA 19348 to your bank’s online bill-pay service.
3. Credit card – Payments can be processed at the preschool on or before the first of the month. If paying by credit card, there is a 3.5% fee. This must be coordinated with the bookkeeper.
4. Multiple child discount – 10% discount applied to the program(s) of equal or lesser value. Example: Child 1 enrolled in 3 Day, Child 2 enrolled in 2 Day. Monthly tuition due: $335.00 + 216.00 = $551.00.
5. Paid-in-full discount. A 2% discount is available on remaining tuition paid in full by September 30, 2024. Please note this discount only applies to cash or check payments, not credit card.

Please note that each student will be charged a one-time “activity fee” for the year. The fee varies based on program. The specific fees are listed in the above tuition descriptions.
